VISA Payment Options

JPEFCU offers many options to pay your credit card.

• Online/Mobile: Make payments and view credit card history online via GeauxVISA on GeauxJEFF Online & Mobile Banking App

• Mail: Send in your payments by mail to PO Box 650789, Dallas, TX 75265-0789.

• In Person: Visit any JPEFCU Branch to make a payment.

• Call: Pay by phone at 504 736-6144 during normal business hours or 24/7 at (866) 632-7925.

• Member Dispute Form - Click on the button and fill out the form in its entirety. After signing electronically, the form will be submitted to JPEFCU to process. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Debit Card Limits*:

• Daily Cash Limit: $800

• Point of Sale/Purchase Limit: $2,500

• Young Money Checking Account Limits: $300 Cash Limit, $500 POS Limit

*Limits are based on available funds in the account.

MyCardRules App - Changes Coming Soon!

We’re excited to share an important update that will make managing your JPEFCU Credit & Debit Card even easier. The MyCardRules app will be going away, and all of its great features are now available directly within GeauxJEFF Online Banking and the GeauxJEFF mobile app.

Please note that the MyCardRules app is no longer available. Following this, there will be a brief transition period before alert and control preferences become available in GeauxJEFF. JPEFCU will notify members when the transition is complete. 

With this update, you’ll enjoy a more seamless experience with a single sign-on—no need to manage a separate app or login. Everything you need is now in one place.

You can continue to:

• Turn your card on or off

• Set spending limits and controls

• Receive transaction alerts

• Monitor card activity in real time

Simply log in to GeauxJEFF Online or Mobile Banking to access these features anytime, anywhere.

Pay With Your Smartphone

Make everyday transactions even more convenient by setting up your JPEFCU Visa Credit Card with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Use your respective payment method anywhere you see the pay icons.

Traveling Abroad

with a JPEFCU VISA Credit and/or Debit Card?

If you’re going to be traveling abroad with your JPEFCU VISA Cards, for security reasons, we suggest you notify us beforehand and provide us with your travel dates (departing & returning) so that we may memo your account. If possible, you can also provide JPEFCU with a number where you can be reached.
