Elite Rewards Program Upgrade Coming Soon

We are excited to share that our Elite Rewards Program is getting an upgrade to give you an even better experience! To prepare for this transition, there will be a temporary blackout period during which you will not be able to redeem points. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Last day to redeem points before blackout: October 8
  • Blackout period: October 9 – October 16, 2025 (no redemptions will be available during this time)
  • You will not lose any reward points
  • Beginning October 17, 2025, Elite Rewards will only be accessible through GeauxJEFF Online Banking
  • You may be required to re-register for Elite Rewards
  • Earning points will continue as usual during the blackout. Once the upgraded site is live, you’ll enjoy improved features and a smoother experience—all from the convenience of GeauxJEFF.
  • If you’d like to redeem points before the upgrade, please do so by October 8.

    • 0% Interest rate for the first 6 months, 13.99%*
    • No annual fee for members with active checking accounts and/or certificate members
    • Credit Limit available of $500 - $12,000

    • 0% Interest rate for the first 6 months, 14.99%*
    • No annual fee for members with active checking accounts and/or certificate members

    Traveling Abroad

    with a JPEFCU VISA Credit Card?

    If you’re going to be traveling abroad with your JPEFCU VISA Cards, for security reasons, we suggest you notify us beforehand and provide us with your travel dates (departing & returning) so that we may memo your account. If possible, you can also provide JPEFCU with a number where you can be reached.

    Why? It’s for your safety & protection.

    VISA Cards are monitored for suspect activity, a very valuable protection service for our cardholders.

    When an unusual transaction occurs, your card may be flagged/suspended for your protection until you can be contacted to verify the activity. If you cannot be contacted, your card may be blocked-preventing you from using it. Next, JPEFCU would be notified. If we have your travel plans and a number to contact you, we can help you avoid the unnecessary inconvenience of not having access to your VISA Card when you need it most.
