Mobile App Update – Android 3.31.2

We’re releasing an updated version of our Android mobile app (Version 3.31.2) on Wednesday, February 18.

What’s Changing? This release restores the option to use an app-level passcode while maintaining enhanced security features. After updating, members will choose one quick-access login option:

  • Device-Level Authentication (Recommended)
    Fingerprint, Face ID, or your phone’s screen lock/PIN

  • App-Level Passcode
    A numeric passcode created within the app

  • Username & Password
    Full login each session

You can select either device-level authentication OR an app-level passcode (not both). Members who already use fingerprint, Face ID, or device PIN will likely notice little to no change.

iOS Update

The iOS release remains on hold while we align functionality and incorporate user feedback. More updates will be shared soon.

The new home banking and mobile banking software features Two-Factor Authentication - a security method of confirming a user’s identity requiring two or three pieces of evidence. A code will be delivered to users outside of the system to verify your identity and keep your accounts more secure.
